Das Buch hat viele gute Elemente und eine gute Struktur.Insgesamt bin ich jedoch nicht überzeugt, denn der Autor vermittelt einige stark limitierende Glaubenssätze.Fazit: Lesenswert, aber mit einer guten Portion Skepsis herantreten. Die guten Teile herausfiltern.
Man wird sich selber und der Situation klarer und merkt viel schneller was einem gut tut und was nicht. Absolut zu empfehlen weil es nicht auf "Fehler" hinweist sondern neue Wege zeigt und man viel lockerer an alles ran geht

Das Buch ist extrem gut geschrieben. Es ist mehr als nur hilfreich besonders im Bezug auf die eigene Selbstreflektion. Ich habe es absolut verschlungen und würde es jeder Dame empfehlen die die englische Sprache beherrscht (:D) und gerne Bücher ließt die einem das Leben leichter machen.
